How will my video(s) be shared with my loved ones?
Videos are sent via email to the set recipient who can view the video after the verification question is answered. After viewing, there is an option to download and save the video.
What happens if this email ends up in the spam box?
In Corde Meo does everything possible to prevent the email from ending up in the spam box, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this 100%. It is therefore recommended that you create a backup recipient who will receive the video if it is not viewed by the first recipient.
What are the costs?
Registration is free. Creating a bucket list, journal and wishes is also free of charge. The cost of sending videos depends on the duration of the video and the set number of years the video should be kept.
Can i send my video(s) to multiple loved ones?
Yes, after adding a video you can still make changes. This can be done up to an hour before the video is sent.
How long can i keep my video(s) at In Corde Meo?
It is possible to keep videos for up to 20 years. You can set this yourself.

Is it safe to store my video(s) online?
Yes, all videos are stored in a secure and protected environment.
How do i register?
Fill in all fields and click on “Register”. You will receive an email with login details at the email address that you provided at registration. For the first login, you must enter your date of birth once for verification.
Why do i have to enter my date of birth on the first login?
For security reasons, you must verify your date of birth when logging in for the first time.
